Pueblo Blanco Potluck Hunt

On April 3, 2010 at 2PM SLT, Pueblo Blanco kicked off the Potluck Hunt as part of a grand opening celebration. The hunt will last for 2 weeks ending on April 17, 2010 at 6PM SLT. We have little pots scattered all over the sim filled with great prizes from sponsors like:

• Mercadillo de Candela
• Santero
• Magic Flowers
• Market & Romantic Garden
• Golden Nest Furniture
• Skandalo’s Studio
• …and more

We also have special pots that are filled with cash prizes.  One winner per pot for each day of the hunt.  You must wear the Pueblo Blanco tag in order to win the cash prizes.

To help with the enjoyment of the hunt, we ask that all participants follow these rules to protect the privacy of tenants and reduce lag:

• No pots will be placed inside rented apartments and homes. DO NOT enter any occupied rentals without permission from the tenant.
• Reduce your camera draw distance if it is above 128M.
• Do not wear unnecessary scripted attachments or huds. You don’t need them to enjoy the hunt.
• Do not shout or use excessive gestures.
• We strongly encourage you to not ride horses during the event as that will greatly increase lag and slow you down during the hunt.
• Do not wear any excessive jewelry especially if they have bling.

Successful Grand Opening for Pueblo Blanco

Pueblo Blanco held their grand opening celebration on April 3, 2010 with great success.  The kick-off party started at 2pm with a party at our Park & Club.  The park was crowded with visitors and tenants dancing to great music.  Special prizes were given out every 30 minutes to lucky party goers and $1,000L prize for the best dressed male and female in attendant.

Along with the party, we announced the kick-off to our sim-wide hunt which includes prizes from several great sponsors and potlucks filled with cash.  We also announced the start of our logo contest to find a new image for Pueblo Blanco.  The winner of the contest will get a cash prize of $5,000L and recognition.  Although the party has ended we are still celebrating with the hunt which lasts for 2 weeks.
