Only after being open for a couple of months, Pueblo Blanco is closing it’s doors due to business and personal reasons.  It is unfortunate that this beautiful sim will no longer be available for the Second Life community.  I’d like to again apologize to all the tenants that had to go through such a sudden change.

Pueblo Blanco and El Valle sims are both for sale.  Any interested parties, please IM Precious Mannonen for more details.

Thank you all for your support

Pueblo Blanco now has lower prices on villas and cottages.  We know that times are hard even in Second Life.  So, we’ve decided to lower the prices of homes to make them more affordable to most.

Now, you have the option of renting a home on your own private parcel.  Use that extra money to buy something special for your loved one or buy that furniture set you’ve always wanted.

Pueblo Blanco is looking for a greeter for our community.  Pueblo Blanco is a new residential and business district community.  The greeter must be able to speak english or spanish fluently.  A translator can be used to communicate with visitors.  IM Precious Mannonen in-world.

Job Description:
Greeter will  stand at the landing point greeting every person that teleports to Pueblo Blanco.  The greeter will need to be familiar with the surroundings in order to assist visitors and answer any questions they may have.   You will also need to give tours of available rentals for interested visitors and provide information on any specials.

The greeter will need to wear the PB Greeter tag and suitable casual or formal clothes (no goth, vampire, bikini, etc). Two outfits will be provided from shop tenants after 2 months of satisfactory employment.

The greeter must work at least 3 days a week with a minimum of 1 hour per day.  At least one of those days must be thursday, friday, saturday or sunday. This is not a mannequin position so being AFK will not be allowed and repeated offenses may be terms for termination. Notify management if you will be on vacation or cannot work the required time.

Invite visitors to the Pueblo Blanco group so they can be informed of any news, updates, or specials.

Only one greeter is allowed to work at a time.  However, more assistance may be needed during special events.

Alert Kernelbug Raymaker or Precious Mannonen of griefers, anyone soliciting tenants and visitors, or disobeying the covenant immediately.

SV-Noticias magazine published a feature article in their April issue on Pueblo Blanco.  Kernelbug Raymaker, co-owner and builder of Pueblo Blanco, was interviewed by Gerion Ferraris.  The article is a 4 page spread with a lot of information provided by Kernelbug on what inspired him to build Pueblo Blanco and what is expected in the future for El Valle, the sister Sim.  The editor of SV-Noticias, Marinabel Martinek, told me one time that Pueblo Blanco reminded her of her childhood and that is such a heartfelt feeling that I believe is felt from anyone who’s lived or visited a region like Andalusia, Spain.  To read the article in-world visit Pueblo Blanco Town Center and look for the SV-Noticias kiosk.  Please note this magazine is entirely in Spanish.

Today, April 14, 2010, the founder and editor of  the SL Enquirer, Lanai Jarrico, posted an article on her explorations through Pueblo Blanco.  This is a great article that is written from the view of a visitor exploring everything that Pueblo Blanco has to offer.  Lanai visited Pueblo Blanco several times while gathering material for the article.  We are so pleased to see that Pueblo Blanco made the front page with a well written article that is sure to attract more newcomers to the Sim.  To view the article in its entirety visit The SL Enquirer.  There are also a few pictures in the SLE Photo Gallery.
